Shall we talk about God?

Let me start with God!
What do you consider as God?
A superhuman? A personification? Nature? An unseen power? Science? Fate? Destiny?
Or your conscience? Probably everything and anything?

What do I believe? Or think or imagine?
My thoughts and ideas have been different over the years. And now, on this day what I believe is that there is something unexplainable, beyond our grip which seems to have a strong influence on our lives and which we call by different names. Whatever we are, the so called believer or non-believer, religious or non-religious, most of us agree on the existence of some power that cannot be explained by our knowledge, science or wisdom.

But what surprises me is the division we create among ourselves despite the similarity we have in our belief for the super-power! We fight for the name, fame and face we have given to this power. Create ideas, literature, and history trying to prove what we say and how we call is the only truth. Invent an institution called 'religion' and imprison our belief by rules and limitations. Divide the society by these rules and kill our own tribe. The wisdom of acceptance we have as a child, we forget as we grow. When we grow we stop to evolve, recede in civilization and finally drift away from the superpower! Farther away from what we strongly believed, what we wanted to conquer and comprehend to make a peaceful living!

So are we all non-believers? Every one of us who believes in confining the super-power in a name/ religion/ human or ourselves and unwilling to see the same power in another human /in another living- what are we? So what is God to us? May be just the 'I’. The 'Me'! 'I' think this, want this and do this and so I am the God. Though there is truth in it, isn’t it selfish to see the 'God in me' only? Will my indifference to the God next door be excused?

Any God out there wanting to comment??
